City of Taft, Iran – Model Development, Calibration and Analysis of a Combined Sewer/Storm System

Stormwater Permitting at Rocky Flats Plant in Denver Colorado

  • Managed facilities at the nuclear weapons manufacturing plant
  • Managed stormwater from outdoor material storage areas that required special care to prevent release of radioactive materials to the environment
  • Collected runoff and analyzed for contamination on a batch basis and treated
  • Non-contaminated water was sent to on-site infiltration ponds

Drainage Studies for Lexington, Massachusetts

  • Conducted assessment of the stormwater collection and conveyance infrastructure for the entire town
  • Lead field surveys to verify locations, elevations, and pipe sizes and to identify additional network components
  • Used a proprietary hydrologic and hydraulic computer model to assess the hydraulic capacity of the system for design events
  • Developed hydraulic profiles of major streams using a second computer backwater curve model
  • Made recommendations for rehabilitation and upgrades for the town.
