Dr. Thomas Barnard, P.E. has more than 30 years professional experience including a decade of experience working for two leading hydraulic modeling software companies (XP Software and Bentley). He has written several hydraulic modeling user manuals and textbooks including “Computer Modeling Applications in Hydraulic Engineering” and “Wastewater Collection System Modeling and Design”. Dr. Thomas Barnard, P.E. was also involved with the design of XPSWMM and WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS software.

 

 


Julien Bell, E.I.T.

Water Resources Engineer/Stormwater Specialist

Julien has experience in the field of integrated water resource management, watershed and urban stormwater management, system capacity review and master planning. Since graduating from the University of Waterloo in 2008 with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Julien has participated in a number of challenging hydraulic and hydrology projects delivering innovative analytical solutions to clients. Some of Julien's more challenging projects have included the forensic investigation of major floods, and the long-term watershed modeling that incorporated the snow cycle (frashet modeling).

As Project Manager/Hydraulic Modeler of GeoAdvice, Jonathan Hung responsibilities include working on projects such as water distribution systems, sewer collection systems, storm drainage systems, municipal engineering, and conducting hydraulic modeling capacity analysis and optimization studies.
